Energy eigenfunction

A spatial (or abstract) eigenfunction of a time-independent Hamiltonian.

Labels a stationary state. The full wavefunction still depends on time through a phase factor $e^{-iEt/\hbar}$.

Each $\psi$ is tied to one energy $E$. Superpositions of different $\psi$ are not stationary.
